Note on the availability of furniture in the halls

For CLASSROOM seating in the Great Hall and Forum Hall, the following are used:

  • Wenge desks, 50 in stock (size: length 140 x width 50 x height 75)
  • Ocher desks, 25 in stock (size: length 140 x width 50 x height 75)
  • Brown rectangular tables, 19 in stock (size: length 120 x width 80 x height 74)
  • Large square tablecloths (gray-silver color), size 2 m x 2 m, quantity 10 pcs.
  • Brown rectangular tablecloths with skirts (for desks), quantity 4 pcs.
  • Gray rectangular tablecloths (for desks 140 x 50), quantity 20 pcs.
  • Blue skirts for desks, quantity 20 pcs.
  • 24-hour restaurant on the first floor (370 sq. m., seating 150-200 people).
  • LED screen in the restaurant (size 384 x 224 cm, 1920x1080)
  • Buffet (cocktail) tables, 25 pieces.
Rules for using conference rooms (halls) of the Beshtau Hotel
  1. The Client is given additional time at no extra charge to prepare the premises for the event:
    • 30 minutes before the event (and 1 hour if complex technical equipment is installed),
    • 30 minutes after the scheduled start of the event (for equipment disassembly).
  2. To connect equipment (screen, projector, clicker, microphone, mixing console) in the halls, please contact a technical specialist.
  3. Bringing food and drinks (except water) into conference halls with flooring is not permitted. In the event of damage to the flooring (carpet), the Client is obligated to reimburse the cost of dry cleaning, starting from 5,000 rubles, depending on the degree of soiling.
  4. During the summer, the hall is air-conditioned; please close the doors to cool the room.
  5. The curtains in the halls are automatically controlled. Manual movement is prohibited.
  6. Adhering or attaching stickers, flipchart sheets, etc. to the walls of the hall is prohibited.
  7. In the event of damage to the Contractor's property caused by the Client (or their representative), the responsible party will compensate for the damage according to the Contractor's price list.
  8. The placement, installation, and dismantling of structures in conference halls (lobbies) and other areas is permitted only on a support (banner fabric, PVC film, etc.), especially in areas with tiled or carpeted surfaces. The assembly and disassembly of exhibition materials, stands, banners, and decorative structures is carried out by the Client (developer), using its own equipment and specialists.
  9. Mycop, any remaining construction materials from the assembly of structures must be removed from the hotel complex (conference hall, lobby) 6 hours before the event, and after disassembly, within 1-2 hours after the event.
  10. Third-party catering services are not permitted without the consent of the hotel administration.
  11. If third-party catering services are used, the consent of the hotel administration is required. When arranging for the Client's off-site catering with a third party and organizing meals on the Contractor's premises, the third-party organization must comply with the general requirements for catering services in accordance with GOST R 55051-2012 (regarding the preparation, storage, packaging, and delivery of catering products, compliance with the requirements for event participant service personnel, safety requirements, etc.). When organizing catering, safe conditions for the life and health of event participants must be ensured, and the requirements of federal executive authorities' regulatory documents regarding safety and rules for the provision of catering services must be observed. Upon completion of the catering, the Client will dismantle the equipment and clean the premises (conference rooms, halls), collecting used dishes and cutlery, either independently or with the help of third-party companies.
  12. Responsibility for catering for event participants rests with the Client and the off-site catering contractor.
  13. Please note that when using a VPN, your provider blocks the internet.
